Vegetation

As opposed to the range site map, the vegetation map is not a reclassification of another map, but was constructed from a field survey conducted in the mid-1970's. This theme layer was constructed from partially rectified aerial photography and field notes, and so has a low degree of confidence in its boundary locations. However, its characterization of the watershed is generally sound, and serves to illustrate the relative dominance of plant species across the watershed
